Hannah Lamb, born 1978 is an artist, textile designer and lecturer; she lives near Bingley and has a studio and gallery of her work at The Butterfly Rooms  at Saltaire.

After completing a Foundation Art course in Buckinghamshire, Hannah gained a first class honours degree in Embroidery at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) in 2001, then a Masters Degree with Distinction in Textiles from MMU in 2010.

Her work has been exhibited both in the UK and internationally, including in Denmark, Spain and the Ukraine.  In Britain Hannah has exhibited in London at the Mall Galleries and at Somerset House, and in Bradford at the Yorkshire Craft Centre and at the Dye House Gallery, Bradford College in the ‘Pick and Mix’ exhibition, 2015. She is an Exhibiting Member of the The 62 Group of Textile Artists.

In 2013 Hannah had a solo exhibition, ‘In Search of Green’ at, The Bowery, Headingley, Leeds. She has taught embroidery to degree level at Bradford College for over ten years, has also been a visiting lecturer at a wide range of other UK higher education institutions, and is also an External Examiner at Birmingham City University.
